The Environment for Visualizing Images (ENVI) is a state-of-the-art image processing system designed to provide turn-key panchromatic, multispectral, and hyperspectral analysis of satellite and airborne remote sensing data as well as Radar image (SAR) processing. ENVI provides an extremely powerful, innovative, and user-friendly environment to display and analyse images of any size and data type. A complete image processing package, advanced spectral tools and GIS data integration are accessed by an easy-to-use graphical user interface. In addition, ENVI is universally extendable to suit your requirements by employing the underlying programming language IDL.
